- 2 Organic Chicken Backs
- 1 1/2 Pounds of Organic Chicken Feet
- 2 Organic Medium Size Carrots
- 2 Organic Celery Stalks
- 1/4 Organic Yellow Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Himalayan Pink Salt
- 1 Small Can of Tomato Paste or Tomato Sauce (whichever your prefer)
- Optional: 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper (for a little bit of heat)
Place chicken backs and chicken feet in Crock Pot and fill to the top with water. Chop carrots, celery, and onion and add to Crock Pot along with can of tomato paste/sauce and Himalayan pink salt. Set on high for 6 hours. Once complete, turn off and let sit until cool. Place in refrigerator overnight to allow fat to rise to the top of the container. Scrape the top layer of fat off and you’re set to go! Warm up and add your favorite flavoring (pink salt, white pepper, etc.) for a delicious, simple, mineral-rich soup for you and your family!
