Vicky, thank you for taking the time to chat with us. With such a busy schedule what is your favorite thing to do to unwind from a stressful day?

Sounds relaxing, what are 2 healthy tips you can’t live without?
I love a shot of High Phenolic Extra Virgin olive oil each morning followed by water with lemon.

I always travel with oregano oil, dry brush, and a notebook.
Awesome! So simple, yet powerful! What are your thoughts on emotions? What is the impact of emotional stress on our health? What are 3 tips to help your clients deal with emotions?
When we ignore emotional stress, it will manifest in our body; it will haunt you and hurt you. It is important to acknowledge your emotions and try to understand why they are there. Pain exists to help us evolve and send us a message. We also have to remind ourselves that the emotional stress and the pain we experience does not belong to us, and it’s in our power to release it.
Emotional stress will haunt you! Why do you see so many women suppress their emotions?
I see that culture and their upbringing can make a difference here. Most of us have been brought up to suppress our emotions, and we are now realizing that it doesn’t serve us anymore.
Sounds like our childhood can be a huge factor in this area good or bad. Can acupressure help us in some of these areas? What are the benefits of acupressure and why should we do it daily.
Touch therapy is healing, and it helps unblock the meridian and is a natural way to deal with pain.
We are starting to recognize the need for touch as part of the healing process. What about the gut? Why is gut health so important? What is the impact of gut health on overall wellbeing?
What we eat does more than satisfy our hunger – it can impact our mood, energy and physical wellbeing. 90% of our serotonin receptors are located in the gut, and when we eat foods that contain chemical additives, it can negatively impact our gut environment. The gut plays a vital role in our overall health and wellbeing so it is important to nourish it and keep it balanced.
Wow, 90% of our serotonin receptors in the gut? Amazing! What are the top 3 things you recommend to your clients to incorporate as a daily ritual?
I recommend dry brushing, water with lemon, and the 5 Tibetan Poses mentioned in my book, The Body Doesn’t Lie.
