• 3 Chicken Tenders (Optional)
  • 1 Bag of Organic Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 1 Head of Organic Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Large Organic Cucumber
  • 1 Can of Black Olives
  • 1 Can of Organic Green Olives
  • 1 Organic Small Red Onion
  • 1 Organic Medium Avocado
  • 1 Organic Garlic Clove
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Organic Avocado Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Mixed Spices,
  • 1 Pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Chili Flakes (Optional)
  • 1 Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Any Other Preferred Seasonings


Grill chicken tenders with your favorite seasonings OR pan-sear with olive oil and your favorite seasonings. Chop head of romaine lettuce into small, bitesize pieces and combine with mixed greens. Place chopped cucumber, olives, onion, and avocado into large bowl with greens and mix together.

Dressing: Mix oils and seasonings together in a separate bowl and drizzle on top of salad. Place chopped chicken tenders on top and you’re ready to enjoy!

Note: More or less dressing and any other toppings may be added based on preference!
